Project components.

The grand opening of the Status by Salut! apart-hotel of the 3-star category and the Novotel St. Petersburg Airport hotel of the 4-star category are scheduled for 2021. The total investment in the project is 3.5 billion rubles.

Currently, within the framework of the project of the multifunctional cultural and leisure center, auto showrooms of AUTODOM Pulkovo, such as Mercedes-Benz and Porsche , as well as three apartment buildings have already been built and are functioning. In total, the multifunctional cultural and leisure center project provides for about 2,993 apartments and premises of commercial infrastructure on the ground floors.

On May 24, 2018, a package of documents was signed between SOYUZ INVEST DEVELOPMENT and the french hotel operator AccorHotels, which international consulting company Colliers International attracted to the management of a 250-room hotel as part of the Status by Salut! complex in St. Petersburg, acting as a consultant to optimize the concept of the future hotel in the complex. In particular, the experts of the company analyzed the financial model of the project, prepared recommendations on the structure of the room fund, planning decisions, as well as the positioning of the future hotel on the St. Petersburg market.

Successful completion of the classification procedure, obtaining a category and an appropriate certificate is a fundamentally important stage in the implementation of the project, both in terms of compliance with legislation, and in terms of marketing and advertising.

Architecture.

The building is intended to become an aesthetic magnet, meeting the residents and visitors of the city.

The architectural code of facade solutions involves the use of traditional Petersburg colors: golden, personifying the spiers and domes of the city, muted shades of gray, personifying the granite of the Neva embankments.

Multilevel height and complex profile of the facade is determined by the functionality of the building.

The lower floors, which will house the Novotel St. Petersburg Airport, are highlighted in the color of the finishing materials, lighting and window size requested by the hotel operator, in accordance with international standards. Two entrances (from Pulkovsky Park and Dunaysky Avenue) invite visitors to the fashionable lobby, and create a single ensemble with the landscape of the adjacent territory.

The upper floors, designed for profitable apartments “STATUS”, are distinguished by an increased glazing area, panoramic views and natural light. The abundance of reflective surfaces gives the facade transparency and lightness.

The professional team of the architectural bureau A2 has created an up-to-date, minimalistic and elegant look that will not become obsolete over time, but will become a classic.

The architectural code, given by facade solutions, harmoniously develops through the public spaces of the building, the lobby of the entrance groups to the levels of residential floors.

From the two-hundred-meter double-ceilinged lobby, 8.55 meters high, visitors will take an elevator to the residential floors, go down to the underground parking or go through the unifying doorway to the hotel lobby, and from there to the fitness room and the pool.
